Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if they are returning an item because they changed their mind or ordered the wrong item.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. In these cases, Angiarah LLC will cover the return shipping cost and provide a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

Certain items, including earrings, personalized items, and personal care products, cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
